The main ribs and beams boxed from MDF.

Sheeting cut away with jig saw to allow for rotting away.

Holes are filled with insulation foil which is stiff enough to hold its shape.

Foil and sheeting are coated with fibreglass reinforced motor body filler and "combed" and textured.

Then sanded.

And artworked.

And installed.
