Drunken Admiral Restaurant - thematic interior design
The Drunken Admiral is located on Hobart's waterfront and serves superb seafood. It houses an enormous collection of nautical and colonial bric-a-brac and most of the interior has been 'decorated' to provide a background for the displays.
It's reputation is world-wide and many visitors say they feel like they have walked into a movie set.
I'm proud to have done a great many projects over quite a few years for this restaurant.
